"Blackbird on a wire" (Glass Sun-catcher)
Celebrating the iconic, simple bird on a wire! Fused glass powder "painting" of a black bird on a wire. The bird has a soft aesthetic and the background is virtually clear, just a very slight tint of sea-green in places. As with all my work, there are no paints or glazes used - just glass.
The tile is "ready-threaded" with clear monofilament for discreet and easy hanging. Size approx. 2x3" . There are three left: landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) orientation; and one with a blue sky background.
The one you'll receive will be similar but not necessarily identical to the ones pictured: the pictures are to give you an idea of what the piece will look like. These tiles are not usually made to order - sorry!
