Handmade Fused Glass Mallard - Perched on Driftwood

A familiar sight across Canadian lakes and wetlands, the male Mallard is known for its mossy green head, golden beak, and blue wing patch. This fused glass version captures those signature colours and is mounted on a detachable piece of natural driftwood for simple, ready-to-place display.

Each bird is handmade using coloured glass, fired in a kiln to create a smooth, durable surface - no paints or decals involved. The driftwood base is locally collected and varies slightly in shape and tone, making each piece unique.

No hanging required! Just set him on a shelf, desk, or windowsill.
