The Glass Bakery handcrafts each bird with care from the studio in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. Customer happiness is important to me. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll gladly send a replacement or arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

Because each bird is crafted individually in small batches, I’m unable to accept general returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you make a mistake at the time of ordering, please let me know. I'm unable to cancel an order or refund to credit card as the payment processor retains a fee for doing so.
