I hope that you'll be happy with your bird or other fused glass piece. Customer satisfaction is important to The Glass Bakery and if something is amiss, please email to let me know. I'd be happy to help. Please note however, that unless a mistake has been made by The Glass Bakery, no returns or exchanges are accepted for online purchases: and all sales are final.
Exchanges of product purchased from the studio shop must be made within a week of purchase, be accompanied by a receipt, and with the piece in the original, new condition, free from wear. Special orders, custom pieces, charity fundraising glass and discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
