The Glass Bakery handcrafts each bird with care, and customer happiness is important to me.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll gladly send a replacement or arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
Because each bird is crafted individually in small batches, I’m unable to accept general returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you make a mistake at the time of ordering, please let me know. I'm unable to cancel an order or refund to credit card.
