The Glass Bakery birds have been spreading sunshine and smiles for many years. I hope that you'll be happy with your bird too. Customer satisfaction is important to The Glass Bakery and if something is amiss, I'd like you to email and let me know so I can help resolve the issue. All sales are final. 

Exchanges of product purchased from the studio shop must be made within a week of purchase, be accompanied by a receipt, and with the piece in the original, new condition, free from wear. Special orders, custom pieces, charity fundraising glass and discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
