Returns or Exchanges 

I hope that you'll be happy with your bird or other fused glass piece. Customer satisfaction is important to The Glass Bakery and if something is amiss, please email to let me know. I'd be happy to help. Please note however, that due to the handcrafted nature of the glass, the small size of my business, and/or because your glass art is often made to order, no returns or exchanges are accepted for online purchases: and all sales are final. 

Exchanges of product purchased from the studio shop must be made within a week of purchase, be accompanied by a receipt, and with the piece in the original, new condition, free from wear. Special orders, custom pieces and sales are not eligible for exchange.
