A love of birds and nature benefits both physical and mental health, nurturing our interest in the environment. Birds are a great choice for a gift whether for the home or office, transcending age and occasion. 

Each glass bird is handcrafted, first by designing, then cutting shapes from clear glass and building layers of finely powdered coloured glass between the clear shapes. Next, the glass pieces are kiln-baked, fused at ultra high temperatures then strengthened by a controlled cooling. No paints, glazes or moulds are used. No two birds are the same. I initial each piece on the reverse. The original glass birds!

Select a bird you see in your garden or along the shore; the chick that reminds you of a special time, person or place; or the bird that simply draws out your smile!  Each bird reveals their own personality, and that special one will speak to you, asking you if they can join you on the journey home!
