Fused Glass Perched Red Winged Blackbird

Inspired by the Red-Winged Blackbirds that gather in the trees and shrubs around Annapolis Royal.

This sleek fused glass bird features a raised wing and is infused with aventurine glass to give its feathers a subtle shimmer. Each piece comes with a detachable natural wood perch.

Red-Winged Blackbirds (Agelaius phoeniceus) are found across much of North America, especially near lakes, marshes, and wetlands. Often spotted resting on cattails, they’re best known for the striking red streaks on their wings, often visible during a dramatic fly-past. This bird is a distinctive accent, easy to place around the home.
